For economic production, the sown area is increased annually and the production volumes rise accordingly. In 2021, the sown area amounted to 8,116 hectares, in 2022 – 10,112 hectares, and in 2023 – 13,085 hectares; by 2025, it is planned to increase the total sown area to 25,000 hectares. Crop rotation: 50% of the sown area is grain crops, 25% leguminous crops, and 25% rapeseed.
The total yield values over a 3-year period for all crops are as follows:
2020 – 36.6 centner/ha
2021 – 37.9 centner/ha
2022 – 40.2 centner/ha
To increase productivity and raise yields, the company carries out all its activities under the best agrotechnical conditions and observes the rules of crop rotation by alternating grain and leguminous crops with industrial crops like rapeseed, soybeans in a four-day crop rotation cycle. Zero-sowing technology allowing for an annual increase in yield is applied.
Modern mineral fertilizers are used to increase soil nutrition; during the growing season, liquid complex fertilizers are used for foliar feeding. Our suppliers are PHOSAGRO-SIBIR LLC, AGROTEK ALLIANCE LLC, AZOTAGROSNAB LLC.

Crop varieties are constantly being updated. Rapeseed seeds are mainly hybrids and varieties with a 45-48% oil content under our growing conditions. The varieties of grain crops used are zoned, high-yielding, intensive. We manage to obtain a stable harvest for 6 years even with little sunshine.
To ensure the safety and efficient use of products, the requirements for acceptance, placement, post-harvest processing and storage are strictly observed. 5 grain-drying complexes allow drying and treating grain quickly and on time for further storage.
The company’s harvest is stored in floor and silo-type warehouses. Today, the total grain storage volume is 75,000 tonnes of harvest; it is planned to increase this to 125,000 tonnes.
In 2023, JV Gefest LLC received the status of a seed farm.
Since 2020, our rapeseed and peas have been supplied to traders for further export to China.
JV Hephaestus LLC has a dead end siding through which it produces and also plans to ship rapeseed, peas, and soybeans to countries such as China, Turkey, India, Kazakhstan, and Armenia.
